LASER

Lasers (light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation) are used for a wide range of skin issues including dark spots, acne, hair removal, acne scars, skin tightening, and vascular lesions. Patients with darker skin types should consult with an experienced laser practitioner to potentially avoid side effects (e.g. dark marks, scars).

MICRONEEDLING

DERMAL FILLER

Involves the injection of  FDA approved gel-like substances (e.g. hyaluronic acid - naturally occurring substance in the skin that helps to keep it plump and hydrated) into the deeper layers of the skin to soften facial creases and wrinkles, reduce shallow contours, improve the appearance of depressed scars, decrease the shadow of the lower lids, and to increase or restore lip volume.

PLATELET RICH PLASMA

Involves injecting your own concentrated blood platelets into an area of the skin or scalp to improve the overall skin texture and tone, acne, dark marks, or to treat hair loss.  It can be used in combination with laser, microneedling, and other cosmetic procedures for enhanced results.

HAIR TRANSPLANTS

Involves surgical transplantation of hair from a stable part of the scalp to an area of balding or thinning.  The procedure is mainly used to treat male and female pattern alopecia but can be used to treat selected scarring alopecias (e.g. traction alopecia).
